Your role will be to:
- Contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees
- Understand our company, our recruiting needs, and the work style and candidate preferences of each client
- Work with our recruiters to fully understand job order requirements and the characteristics of an ideal candidate
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques where you can find candidate profiles throughout the Internet
- Use paid and free tools to find candidates’ contact information
- Write compelling emails and text messages that get candidates to apply for jobs
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems to upload candidates and track candidate progress
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly activity reports
Required skills:
- Minimum one year experience in the recruitment area (sourcing candidates on social media)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
