We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our customer’s team for a long term mission. We are looking for a resourceful candidate, who is proactive, involved and whose main asset is being organized.

 

We need a person who:

  • Had this role for at least 2 years;
  • Has excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Finds the necessary resources to get the job done and knows how to take on tasks before being delegated;
  • Speak and write well in Romanian and English;
  • She/He is a good friend with Laptop/PC and is fluent with platforms such as Google Drive, CRM software,
  • Learns quickly and adapts even if there are unforeseen situations or new tasks that she/he doesn’t know how to solve it yet

 

What we want from you is to make things happen – maybe seemingly minor things – but which cannot be done without and when not done, it holds the whole project in place

 

 The main responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including meeting coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings and presentations
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to analyze revenue trends, market trends and provide insights to executives;
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments regarding administrative matters.
  • Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of General Manager , review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff;
  • Coordinate Office Management activities: office supply inventory, purchasing agreements and anything is needed in order to create an optimal working environment
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, including scheduling, agendas, presentations, executive coordination and meeting documentation.
  • Assist executives during meetings, conference calls.
  • Monitor and follow up with teams to ensure effective implementation of ideas/decisions.
